Process Improvement
For Japanese companies that need to improve their financial accounting reporting processes in preparation for IPO etc, we can improve the accuracy of reporting and quick reporting. If the process is a black box, we can visualize and change the process upon client request.
High-level accounting standard reconciliations (GAAP adjustment)
We coordinate with the audit firm and sort out accounting issues in highly specialized areas such as tax effect accounting, recognition of retirement benefit liabilities, recognition of right-of-use assets in accordance with the new lease standard (IFRS 16), and the revenue recognition etc.
Reporting Consolidation
We will input consolidation packages (Excel packages, Diva, Stravis, etc.) and reconcile intercompany transactions in a timely and appropriate manner. In addition, when GAAP adjustments are required, we prepare reclassification files for consolidated reporting separately from local reporting.
